Love and Light

Love and Light are not just words we use to sound Spiritual. They are a spoken and written energy that we can use to Bless ourselves and others. When we use these words we want to actually feel the love and light of the Divine flowing through us. Each time you use these words, go to your heart chakra (center chest area) and send the vibration from there. If you are not already in the habit of using these words, please give them a try. They are very powerful and can do no harm. Send love and light to every concern and every relationship you have and you will find that much joy is the result.
